The Sunday Experience
Check-In
Check-in your child before service using the Church Center app (Click here for step-by-step instructions). When you check in your children on the app, you’ll have a QR code in the app that you scan at a check-in station once you get to church. When you scan your QR code, a set of security tags will print automatically—one is a name tag for your child and the other is for you. It contains a unique code that matches the code on your child’s tag. The codes are checked and matched at pick-up. If you are needed for any reason during the service, you will be notified via text. Follow the step-by-step instructions here to get set up in the Church Center app.
Drop Off
Drop Off your kids at their class (for Babies - 5 yr) or Large Group (for elementary age kids).

Babies (6 weeks - 2 years old) enjoy a time of active play and snack with our team of volunteers, who come ready to love, pray and care for your baby.

Preschoolers (2 years old - 5 years old) begin in large group with a Bible lesson, fun worship and prayer. Then they gather around tables for a creative craft which reinforces the lesson, followed by snack time.

Elementary (Kindergarten - 5th grade) kids begin large group with fun games, engaging worship, an interactive Bible lesson and prayer. Then they gather with their small group leaders for friendship-building and lesson application in our lower level classrooms.
Pick-Up
Pick up your kids after service. For Babies - Preschool age kids, you’ll pick them up where you dropped them off. For Elementary kids, you’ll pick them up on the lower level in their classroom designated by grade.
Good to Know
Safety: Safety is a top priority. For this reason everyone must have a tag to enter the kids areas.
Snack Time: We provide snack in our nursery and early childhood environments. Please let us know about any allergies. Please label bottles and cups.
Sickness: Any child that has displayed symptoms of sickness or fever within the previous 24 hours should not check in to Cloverhill Kids.
