When you arrive, look for our Kids Check-In areas. You'll be greeted by one of our
friendly Clover Hill Kids Check-In leaders who is excited to meet your family and show you around our kids environment. We'll be with you every step of the way, all the way to your child's room.
On your first visit, our team will help you check in. The next time you join us, you can use your phone number or last name to check in at our self-check in stations.
Upon checking in, you and your child will receive matching ID tags specific to your family and your visit. Your child will need to wear the name tag portion and you will need to keep the matching tag. After service, you will show the Clover Hill Kids leader your matching tag in order for your child to be released from his/her room.
In the event that we may need to contact you during the service, we will text you from the number provided at check-in. We ask that you immediately find a Clover Hill Kids staff member or leader who will direct you to your child's room.
